Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online platform. By placing an order, you accept these conditions as binding.

Orders can be placed through our online platform. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse orders.
Prices and payment
Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT. Payment is due on delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
We aim for prompt delivery. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will inform you promptly of any delays.
Cancellation and returns
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you take possession of the goods.
Returns
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping is at your cost and risk.
Liability
Limitation of liability
We are liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless mandatory statutory provisions apply.
Product liability
We are liable for damage caused by defective products in accordance with product liability law. Otherwise, statutory provisions apply.
Final provisions
Applicable law
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is our registered office if the customer is a merchant, legal person under public law, or special fund under public law.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
